When directory visibility is enabled, approved active companies' names, cities, activities, logos and published catalogue descriptions, images, optional PDFs and video links are publicly displayed. Logo and catalogue files use public storage; company verification documents use private storage. Technical providers may receive data necessary to deliver the service.

Data is retained for the processing purpose and applicable statutory retention periods.
